VETERINARY CARE DISCOUNT
Benefit Summary
As part of PetWow’s overall benefit & perks package, team members are given individual Veterinary Software accounts which enjoy a wonderful veterinary care perk for their personal pet(s). All in-house veterinary services are 100% free. Products and services provided by third parties (such as external lab work) are provided at cost. Please note that the team discount does not apply to pet grooming or mobile veterinary services.
Team members utilizing the team discount must drop-off off their pets (or bring them to work), rather than book a formal appointment. Team members should also be cogizant of the typical weekly workflow at PetWow locations. They should strive to bring their pet in for veterinary care during days and/or times when client work volumes tend to be lower.
Finally, this perk is ONLY FOR TEAM MEMBER PERSONAL PETS. Under no circumstances are team members to present pets belonging to family or friends as their own in order to receive free veterinary care.

Veterinary Policies Which Must be Met to Receive Discount:

Team Member Pets Only: PetWow's team member discount is strictly for pets directly and immediately owned by PetWow team membrs. Team members may not have the pets of relatives or any other acquaintance serviced under their discounted team member account.

No Billing: There is no team member billing whatsoever for PetWow services and products since these are sold at or near cost. Team member PetWow balances are checked at each payroll cycle. Balances over 30 days are automatically deducted from team member paychecks.

Priority in Relation to Customer Pets: Please note that team members wishing to have PetWow services provided for their pets should attempt to schedule PetWow services for their pet at times when general client business volume is slower. Other than emergency situations, routine veterinary, grooming or boarding care for team member pets will be provided after client pets have been cared for.
