• ​Workman’s Compensation Insurance:

  • ​PetWow carries Workman's Compensation insurance to cover medical costs associated with work-related injuries should such an unfortunate circumstance arise. If a staff member is injured on the job he or she should follow PetWow's protocol for reporting and treating job related injuries explained below.

• ​911 or Life Threatening Emergencies:

  • ​Go immediately to the nearest medical facility for treatment. Do not stop to notify management. After treatment has been secured, notify management using the "Report-On-The-Job-Injury" form link.

• ​Non Life Threatening Emergencies:

  • ​Notify management right away using the "Report-On-The-Job-Injury" form link. If the injury requires treatment, then proceed to a medical facility of your choice.

• ​What to Tell the Medical Facility When You Arrive:
